• Transfers: Sharing transfers are available only from Deira and Bur Dubai. Additional charges apply for pick-ups from other areas. Timing for transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic conditions.
• Closing Time: During peak periods, the Jumeirah guest queue will close 45 minutes before the park's closing time.
• Refund Policy: Cancellation – Non Refundable
• Accompaniment for Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.
• Food and Beverages: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are not permitted inside the park.
• Attraction Closures: The service provider is not responsible for any attractions that are non-operational due to technical issues.
• Safety Rules: Always enter pools and attractions feet first. Diving is prohibited for safety reasons.
